Most people are thinking on building the story of their life, unconsciously striving to resolve in practice that which the narrative in their heads keeps whispering.
The irony though is that, while at it, they are already telling a story to the world they live-in. And, most often then not, that which they tell now differs from that which they think on telling on a later day.

Constantly assessing the discrepancy between our thoughts and the way we present ourselves to the world is one way of being mindful, of being present, of creating truth.

One key to resolving our mindfulness is to look at how we love, or better yet at how we tell a story about it.
How we conceive our relating to ourselves and to others sits at the foundation of any of our actions, being the strainer we unknowingly see-through all our way of being.
