Don’t you make leaders! Contribute to them!

Almost the entire literature written nowadays, would tell you that leaders are made, not born.

Making someone though seems futile to me, since it gives the world more of the one doing it and less, if anything, of the one becoming.

To say that you have created leaders, equals in terms with a blasphemy. Saying so, is to undress the respective persons of all the meaning of their transcendence. Doing so, is to literarily kill any God like touch those in question would be expected to bring to the world.

So, contribute instead! This way you leave you mark, no question about it. What’s more to it though, is that you’ll allow your craft showing-up in the world, contributing on their turn and, more importantly, doing it on their own terms.
